Nadia Tomasini is a virtual strength coach with a background in ballet and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her training philosophy blends precision, discipline, and science-backed programming to create aesthetic results that last.

Her foundation in ballet shaped a deep understanding of alignment, long-line muscle development, and control. That artistic discipline evolved into a passion for strength training and performance-based conditioning.

Today, Nadia coaches ambitious, career-driven women who are ready to move beyond random workouts and into intentional transformation. Her approach is rooted in progressive overload, structured programming, and metabolic strategy, because results should be engineered, not guessed.

Intake Call

15 minutes. We talk about your goal, your history, what's worked before, and, most importantly, what's gotten in the way. This conversation shapes everything that follows.

Movement Assessment

You submit a short video of a few basic movements. No judgment, just information. I use it to understand your baseline and flag anything we need to build into your program from day one.

Program Delivered

Within 48 hours you have a complete program: exercises, sets, reps, coaching cues, weight selection guidance, and a video walkthrough so you know exactly what you're doing and why.

Check-Ins + Adjustments

I check in, training feel, sleep, stress, progress. Your answers shape the following week. This is what turns a workout plan into actual coaching.

Direct Access
